I heard from a friend the other day that our strange March weather has produced nothing short of a deluge of sap from our maple trees.  So from that I am imagining the this year's Maple Sunday should be amazing.

Maine Maple Sunday is this weekend on March 25th. And no matter where you live there is a sugar house most likely near by as almost all producers observe the day which celebrates the process of  Maple Syrup being produced. Most participation sugar houses will have an opportunity for visitors to sample some  delicious maple syrup and maple confections , as well as, learn about the age old process  coupled  with modern methods  of “Maple Sugaring” in Maine. I have been to many different places for this experience and I can tell you it is educational and very tasty.
