For the 15th time this year, the MDEA has responded to a meth lab, this time in Raymond, said Maine Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland.

Drug agents responded to 1261 Roosevelt Trail after a Cumberland County deputy discovered the lab Tuesday morning, McCausland said.

The deputy says he made the discovery when he went to the address to check on a probation violation against James Foss of Raymond.

Foss was arrested on the probation violation and taken to the Cumberland County Jail.

The MDEA dismantled the lab on Tuesday and will likely file meth-related charges against the suspect, McCausland said.

Police say Foss was arrested on meth charges last summer as well.
