The City of Bangor Health & Community Services department will host folks from Rollins Orchards in Garland, this Friday, September 30th!

You'll find a great assortment of apples and fall vegetables, cider, milk, meat, eggs and maple syrup!  It happens between 1:00 and 4:00 PM at the WIC offices located at 103 Texas Avenue in Bangor.

Those currently enrolled in the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) program can use their WIC vouchers to pay for items. The farmer also accepts cash, check, credit and debit cards for those that do not participate in the supplemental nutrition program. The Hammond Street route on the Community Connector can bring those interested in attending the event with stops every half hour.
