There are currently more than 25 missing persons in the state who may be in areas without a lot of traffic, areas where people may be hunting this season.

According to the Maine state page, there are 28 missing persons in the state. Some have been missing for many years, but it is never too late for them to be found. While you are in the woods this fall looking for white tails and other game, it doesn’t hurt to be looking for those who may be lost.

Here are some from the area around Bangor:

William Garlick- Bangor/ Alton, 1982
Rodrick Hotham- Veazie, 1992
