Mother Asking for Help Locating her Missing Son

A mother in Kenduskeag posted a picture of her adult son on Facebook, with a plea for help. Jonathan Harvey, who has multiple mental health issues, hasn't checked in lately.

His Mom Julie says Jonathan is homeless and has epilepsy, Aspergers, and autism, among other mental health disabilities. Despite his housing challenges, she says he calls his family every day, but hasn't checked in now for over a week. In addition, his phone has been disconnected and he left his belongings behind, where he was staying.

The picture has been shared all over Facebook and now a missing persons report has been filed with the State Police. Julie says she's received a couple of phone calls, claiming he'd been seen in the Bangor area, but officials doubt the validity of the reports.

Anyone who believes they have information about Jonathan's whereabouts is asked to call the State Police.
