A new psychedelic drug that resembles LSD but potentially stronger is making its way north.

The drug that people on the streets call "N-Bomb"  has resulted in 19 deaths across the country so far.  N-Bomb is relatively cheap in cost when compared to similar drugs on the street and comes in the forms of powders, pills, nose drops or paper blotter tabs similar to LSD.

According to an article in the Boston Herald, cops in Massachusetts are concerned about "N-Bomb" because currently there are no laws in that state that make the substance illegal. Authorities in that state are pushing it's government to pass a new law that would make N-Bomb illegal. Federal authorities have labeled the drug a controlled substance.

Massachusetts police are now catching teens and young adults with N-Bomb.  There have been no deaths there so far, just overdoses.

Concord Police Chief Joseph O’Connor said, “the people who are using this drug do not know what they’re ingesting in their bodies. They’re really putting their lives at risk.”
