Big stars in this new flick from The King!

Stephen King has been busy adapting his novels to the big and small screen. His Hulu series 11.22.63 staring Jame Franco debuts next month, as well as his new horror flick! Cell is based off his novel of the same name. It will make its premier as apart of the Frightfest lineup at Scotland’s Glasgow Film Festival.

The new flick reunites John Cusack and Samuel L. Jackson. The two starred in 1408 together. The dude who directed Paranormal Activity 2,Tod Williams, was the brains behind this operation. King himself wrote the screenplay.

The movie follows a group of survivors as they try to stop a cell-phone signal that has turned the population into mindless killers.

Cell will be in theaters later this year.
