For the fourth time this week a New York man has been charged with selling heroin in Maine.

22-year-old Jomo Cunningham of Brooklyn was arrested at the Clarion Hotel on Congress Street in Portland Thursday night.

Department of Public Safety spokesman Stephen McCausland says agents seized about 60 grams of heroin, digital scales, packaging materials and some cash from Cunningham's room.

Cunningham was taken to the Cumberland County Jail and bail was set at $25,000.

Two New York men were charged with selling heroin after their car was pulled over on the Maine Turnpike in Kennebunk earlier this week.

Police also arrested a New York man in Gardiner for allegedly selling the drug.
