Bangor police on Wednesday arrested an Orono man in connection with a Tuesday robbery at Ocean State Job Lot in Bangor.

Jacob Drapeau, 24, faces a robbery charge. He is being held at the Penobscot County Jail, according to a news release from the Bangor Police Department.

He was taken into custody during a traffic stop on Cedar Street.

Bangor police say Drapeau entered the store at the Airport Mall Tuesday morning at about 8:40 a.m. He passed clerks a note indicating he had a gun and demanding money.

No firearm was observed, according to a news release.
