And now for something completely different.. Amazon, you know the tech and on-line retailer, is looking to rent you a goat.  Why would you want to rent a goat you ask? Well according to the folks at Amazon it is their amazing gardening skills that will have you all a twitter.  Wonder if they deliver them by drone? Probably not.Amazon's newest venture that leaves convention behind is called: “Hire a Goat Grazer”. The page says they will connect you with a background-checked goat (via its owner) to come trim your vegetation with its mouth.

The idea is that goats are pretty non-particular with what’s on their menu and they have four stomachs, making it easier to digest cellulose from plant matter. Discover magazine went on to say about the idea of goat mowers “They are dietary ‘browsers, which means they love to feast on woody plants and shrubs like thistle, poison oak, wisteria and other plants that are annoying to weed-whack.”

Not yet available in all areas, Discover magazine reported  a Seattle company called Rent-a-Ruminant was an early adopter. Owner Tammy Dunakin told Newsweek that she’s had over 100 requests through Amazon’s service since it launched earlier this month.

Hey, that's not Baaaaaad. (Sorry)

Everything I have read says this service is real and the only down side I can think of, cause goats are cute and generally sweet, is that what goes in must come out.  Who's gonna get that joyful duty??
