Pet Weekend At Fort Knox Begins Tomorrow

Pets with fur, feathers, scales, or spikes are invited to participate in the fun activities planned for pet weekend at Fort Knox.

The annual event is back with things to see like a petting zoo on Sunday 11-3pm. Saturday is a day for the dogs with contests for things like 'cutest', 'looks most like owner', 'ugliest', 'most unique', 'best trick', and 'best costume'.

Sunday August 20th is for all pets with a variety of creatures showing up each year from cats to birds, snakes, and goats!

Registration for your pet may be done in advance by visiting the event page on the Fort Knox website here or from 10 AM until 11 AM, the days of the pet show. There is no fee to enter your pet into the show. Ribbons will be awarded to winners in each pet show category.
