Student Arrested After Drug, Gun Reports at Old Town Middle School

A middle school student in Old Town faces aggravated drug trafficking charges after police reportedly found drugs along with a disassembled firearm in the boy's possession.

Gun charges are also expected, according to a release from the Old Town Police Department.

The arrest came after a K-9 unit search of the Leonard Middle School Wednesday morning.

The male student was released on conditions set by a juvenile corrections officer, and was issued a criminal trespass warning for the school.
