Police To Conduct OUI Check Points At These Downeast Locations

The Hancock County Sheriff's Office and the Ellsworth Police Department will be checking for those driving drunk on August 3rd and 24th, between the hours of 9 p.m. and 2 a.m.

The sobriety check points will be anywhere on Route 1A, State and High Streets, and Route 3 towards MDI, according to a post on the Ellsworth Police Deparment's Facebook page.

Remember, buzz driving is drunk driving, and driving drunk ain't cool.  I-95 cares!
