A couple tied the knot over the weekend, right in the heart of winter storm Nemo!

A New Hampshire couple, Karen Willis and Gregory Beal said 'I do' Saturday in Portland. Even with the Portland Jetport reporting 31.9 inches of snow! Karen said she has always wanted a winter wedding with 'lots of snow.' She definitely got her wish!

Blizzard weddings are sort-of a family tradition for Karen's family. In December of 1970 her parents where married in a blizzard! That storm brought 22.8 inches of snow to the area. That storm still holds the record for biggest snowfall in Maine for December.

You'd think the snow would make their wedding lightly attended. NOPE! More than 80 out of their 120 guests made it to celebrate the big day!

Congrats, you snowy love birds!
