Mike Napoli Of Red Sox Scores A Porn Starr [PHOTOS]

Red Sox first baseman Mike Napoli had a big home run at Fenway last night as the Sox routed the Baltimore Orioles 13-2.  Looks like Mike may be coming out of his hitting slump.

Wonder why?

According to the Boston Herald, Mike has a new "pal" in porn star Rachel Starr, who has appeared in more than 100 porn flicks.

Rumors started to run rampant last weekend when Starr tweeted that Napoli had given her tickets to the Red Sox - Giants  game in San Francisco.

“Looks like I’m going to the baseball game tonight to see @MikeNapoli25 WIN!! Awwwwww can’t wait to hang out after!” Starr tweeted, then later added “Mike is one of my fav friends to hang out with!”
