The 2012 documentary celebrating The Rolling Stones' 50th anniversary, ‘Crossfire Hurricane ‘ to be released on DVD and Blu-ray disc on May 21st . The movie, directed by Brett Morgen, charts the history of the band from its formation in the early 1960s through the arrival of guitarist Ronnie Wood in the mid '70s.

Along with exclusive interviews with current and former band members this documentary includes rare and previously unreleased archival footage, including concert performances and candid conversations with the group.

Good news for those willing to invest in the DVD or Blu-ray releases because they contain a number of bonus features, including unreleased scenes of the band performing in Germany in 1965 and at the NME Poll Winners Concert in 1964 and 1965, footage from a 1964 appearance on The Arthur Haynes Show, an interview with Morgen, and a theatrical trailer.

The Crossfire Hurricane DVD is priced at $14.98, while the Blu-ray lists at $19.98.  The film also will be available for purchase as a digital download.
