Rudy Is The SPCA Of Hancock County Pet Of The Week

Say hello to this beautiful boy named Rudy, a 1 ½ year old Shepherd mix!

He is mostly fawn color with some white on his chest.  Rudy is a very sensitive boy who needs to be treated gently since he will shut down when confused or frightened.  He is very well behaved and friendly, and he needs lots of positive reinforcement.

Rudy is very food motivated which helps with training.  He will need a patient family who can dedicate the time to building a trusting relationship with him and will need lots of encouragement to help build his self-confidence and trust in humans.  Rudy loves going for walks so will benefit from an active family as well!
