Tired of staring at those same four walls?  Yup, me too.

If you've been dreaming of doing something different, here are a few ideas for you!  How about working in one of Maine's fabulous state parks this season?  Nothing like the great outdoors and spending some real quality time with Mother Nature!

Jobs that pay anywhere from $9.76 to $12.20 per hour are available!    You could be a park ranger, or an assistant park ranger in places like Birch Point State Park in Owl's Head, or a tour guide in places like Fort Knox State Historic Site.  Be a lifeguard, Customer Representative Assistant, Laborer, or a lifeguard.

Some of the minimum qualifications include being 18 years of age, 17 for a lifeguard.  You must be able to work a 40 hour week, including weekends and holidays.  You must be a U.S. citizen. Some jobs require you to have a valid class C license.

You'll get your own park pass that you can use anywhere in the state, along with a spiffy new uniform!
