The old quarry in North Sullivan used to provide jobs for a lot of folks back in the 1800s, meanwhile, in this day and age it's a popular swimming hole during the summer!

If you're from Downeast, chances are that you've jumped from the small cliffs of this quarry. Stop by on a hot summer day and you'll see campfires, cookouts and the locals just having a time cooling themselves off by jumping into it's dark and mysterious waters.

I found it very interesting watching this video shot from under its waters. The diver said that he found depths of over 60 feet.  Let's see what else he found!
