Should Hand-Held Cell Phone Use In A Moving Vehicle Be Outlawed In Maine? [POLL]

So the Maine House of Representatives and the Maine Senate have approved a new bill that would eventually ban hand held cell phone use in moving vehicles.  How do you feel about that?

It's not law until the Governor signs off on it, but, hand-held cell phone use in moving vehicles could go the way of texting in vehicles as well.  Remember texting became illegal back in 2011.
