Another bill is before the state legislature that would strip some state inmates of the right to vote.

The bill is a tough call regarding democracy, public safety and justice. The bill would not allow an inmate in Maine to vote if their sentence is imprisonment greater than 10 years.

Some argue that the bill is discriminatory to inmates and 'against Maine values.' Testimony from families of murder victims contest that someone who 'denies a person's right to vote' shouldn't be allowed to vote either.

This is the 6th attempt for a bill on the topic.

We want to hear from you. What do you think? We'll share the findings Tuesday (3-12) on the More Music Morning Show.
