The Red Sox got a fourth consecutive quality start from Clay Buchholz in a Red Sox 6-3 win over Kansas City. Buchholz went 6.1 innings allowing just three runs. He walked three and struck out seven.

On the offensive side, Will Middlebrooks had a couple of hits and a RBI. Mookie Betts had another two hit night. David Ortiz had two hits and a RBI.

Edward Mujica pitched the ninth inning to get the save.

KC made three errors while the Sox played some pretty good defense. Xander Bogaerts with a nice play at shortstop....
