Stephen King's new stage production kicks off in Maine, of course!

‘Ghost Brothers of Darkland County’ is the product of three great minds. King, Rock Hall of Famer; John Mellencamp and music legend; T Bone Burnett, all teamed up to create the production. 'Ghost Brothers of Darkland County' Full North American Tour kicks off this weekend at the Collins Center for the Arts.

The story follows a dude named Joe McCandless. It begins with him looking back at the past when his two older brothers where battling over a girl, which ended in the deaths of all three. Flash forward to present day, Joe is an adult with two boys of his own. Soon he’s watching the same scenario play out with his two offspring.

The production also features a four piece band. T Bone Burnett calls it 'a ghost story with music.'

Show times this weekend are 8:00PM Saturday, November 8th and Sunday the 9th at 2:00PM. Tickets are available at the Collins Center box office or by phone, 207-581-1755.

'Ghost Brothers of Darkland County' Full North American Tour returns to Maine November 20th, at Merrill Auditorium in Portland.
