Still Time To Get Free Ticket To Watch Our First Woman Governor Sworn in

Whether you voted for her or not tonight is a historic occasion for the State of Maine.Governor elect Janet Mills will be sworn in at the Augusta Civic Center tonight.

It will be a long day for Janet Mills today.  She has been completing her move into the Blaine House today.   Then tonight at 6 PM she will take the oath as our 75th Governor of Maine and our first female Governor.

Doors open at 4:30 pm for the 6 pm event. In several interviews Jane Mills has states her goals of keeping the budget balances and finding a way to keep young Mainers from having to move away to be successful. Let's hope she can do all that and more for the sake of all Mainers.
