Survey Says: Skip The Bells and Give Me A Better Battery
Why is it that companies try to get us to buy new phones with bells and whistles when they have yet to conquer the basic stuff? That is the point driven home by a new survey showing that what we want most when asked what would make us want to buy a different cell phone was a battery that would last longer. Agree?
In this new poll they offered up other options like 3D graphics, fingerprint scanners and voice control. However, the answers came back the majority of smartphone owners simply want a phone that’s easy to use and has a long battery life to the tune of ¾ of respondents.
The poll was carried out by London-based uSwitch.com using an online survey of more than 1,605 mobile customers on pay-monthly contracts. After the battery came a waterproof phone and them a better zooming lens for the camera
