What is the magic number between “working hard” and “working too much?” Research suggests it's when you hit 50 hours a week you are a workaholic.

So what is the big deal?  Well just like mom always told you money isn't everything.

According to Kansas State University doctoral researcher, employees noted a higher level of depression and reduced physical well-being, mostly due to skipped meals, if they dedicated more than 50 hours to work per week.

Something to think about:

The upshot I gleaned from this study seems to be that even though working more hours can make you wealthy as your wealth increases your leisure time to spend the money diminishes and the more this effects you emotionally the more likely you may be to developing unhealthy habits.
