The Red Bull Frozen Rush Returns to Maine this Winter

It's a big day in the motor sports world, and it’s happening here in Maine.

Sunday River Ski Resort is once again playing host to one of the biggest events for the Red Bull Signature Series. The Red Bull Frozen Rush featuring 900-horsepower Pro4 trucks is set for Friday, January 8, 2016.

The event throws pro racers a curve-ball with the course being covered in snow and ice, rather than the usual dirt, sand and gravel tracks.

A full-length broadcast of Red Bull Frozen Rush will air on NBC sometime in January. An air-date hasn't been set yet.

The event will be live streamed on Red Bull TV via the Red Bull TV player at RedBull.com/frozenrush.
