Third Person Sought in Marijuana Robbery [WANTED]

State Police say an arrest warrant has been issued for the third man involved in the robbery of a medicinal marijuana grower in Winterport last month. 

Troopers are now looking for Kerry Hurd (45) of Bangor.

His brother – Jeffrey Hurd (47), and Scott Roberts (35) have already been arrested with the robbery that was caught on a surveillance camera. Kerry Hurd’s photo was only partially visible in those photos issued earlier.

He faces charges of robbery, theft and impersonating a police officer. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Kerry Hurd should call State Police in Bangor at 973-3700, or 911.
