What do you suppose makes a car a favorite mark for thieves? Apparently it isn’t value or flash and judging by LoJack’s new list of the most stolen cars they want to blend in and not break down.  Of course these are the most stolen and recovered car because they have well,…LoJack.

Here’s how the list goes::

1. Honda Accord

2. Honda Civic

3. Toyota Camry

4. Toyota Corolla

5. Chevrolet Silverado.

6. Acura Integra

7. Cadillac Escalade

8. Ford F-350

9. Nissan Altima

10. Chevrolet Tahoe

The study notes that with rare exception one thing that factors in is the odd because most of the cars on the list are the best-selling and so there are more of them out there to steal. The exception to that are the Acura Integra which hasn’t even been on the market since  2001 and although F-150 is the nation's best-selling pickup truck,it's big brother the heavy-duty F-350 made the most-stolen list.

Other interesting choices or not for theves, the oldest Lojack-equipped car recovered last year was a 1963 Cadillac convertible. The priciest was a 2011 Porsche Panamera valued at $103,400. The most common color of stolen cars was black, which is one of the most common car colors, while the least common color was turquoise.
