From the Ellsworth Police Department:
“Traffic Advisory for 8/7 in Bar Harbor-From Hancock County EMA
Beginning at 7:00 PM tonight emergency sewer repairs will begin on Route #3 at School House Hill in Hulls Cove. More specifically, heading north on Route #3 beyond the intersection of Crooked Road at the Hulls Cove Neighborhood Association property.
Traffic will be limited to one lane so traffic delays are expected. We are expecting…
to complete the repair in 8 to 12 hours, although unknowns could create delays. Motorists are urged to use alternate routes to reach their destinations. These routes could include Eagle Lake Road, Crooked Road, Norway Drive among others. It is recommended to utilize alternative routes for the morning commute as well.
