Two Car Crash Kills One Woman And Injures Another

Police say a collision between two cars on Monday morning killed a 53-year-old woman. The driver of the other car was injured.

According to WLBZ-TV, Brenda Woods of Hancock was killed in the head-on collision in Trenton around ten o'clock Monday morning. The Hancock County Sheriff's Office says Woods was traveling on the Jordan River Road when she hit the other car.

The driver of the other car, Jennifer Richter, age 24 of Lamoine, survived. Police say neither driver was wearing a seat belt. The crash remains under investigation.
