Two great runs going on this Saturday. Both of these outdoor excursions support great causes like the Bangor Humane Society and Spruce Run which help women and children who are victims of domestic violence. So I guess my advice is to follow your heart and you can't go wrong. Weatherman is predicting mid 60's and some clouds so get out there and have some fun.
