What Happens When You Park Illegally In Handicapped Parking In Brazil

I don't think there is barely a person alive that doesn't say a silent "Stupid SOB" when you see a perfectly healthy person in a handicapped parking space. But I must confess in Brazil they have at least one person or maybe a group who are dedicated to the cause of bringing it to the parker's attention that he has made a parking faux pas. Appears to be some kind of covers enhances by about a million sticky notes. He didn't really take it all that well either...go figure.  Bet he won't do it again.
