What could this be?

YouTuber user Alain Ducas posted a video he shot from the roof of the Hollywood Casino in Bangor that captures something floating down the Penobscot River. He claims in the title of the video, it's is the Loch Ness Monster.

Ha ha. Okay, probably not, but it does make you wonder what it is.
