It's not lobster...

Companies Co. Design and Food Genius teamed up to find what folks in each state eat the most. They looked through over 59 million menu items to determine what each state serves a higher percentage of.

Here in Maine we love our haddock! Haddock shows up on 39% of Maine menus, compared to 2% of menus across the country. Second place was lobster, which appears on 44% of menus in Maine. However, that's only 18% higher than the national average. Also tied for second was chowder...excuse me, chowdah!

New Hampshire shares our love for haddock. Vermont is all about their ranch dressing, while the chicken tender is king in Massachusetts.
