Do you remember the first time that mom and dad took you to McDonalds?

I do.  It was a very exciting day back in the 60s when we loaded into the Buick Skylark and went to McDonalds on the Riverdale Road in West Springfield, MA.

Sixty years ago today, the very first McDonalds opened in Des Plaines, IL.  Check out the menu that day!
