As we remember that horrible day 13 years ago we ask:  Where were you when you heard the news?

I was on the air playing the oldies right here at 49 Acme Road in Brewer when our news department came scrambling into the studio with the news.  My jaw dropped to the floor.

The music stopped and for the remainder of the day I was a newscaster. We sent a team over to the airport to get their reaction.  Local leaders chimed in. Then we all listened to President Bush that afternoon and night.

Where were you when you heard the news?
