This Friday night in Allen Park, Michigan, veteran rocker Bob Seger will have a street named him.  A few towns over there's a street named after the late Glen Frey of the Eagles, and in Queens, New York, there's Walter Becker Way, which is named after the late co-founder of Steely Dan.

This got us wondering, who should have a street named after them here in Bangor?

Of course, there's Stephen King, one of the world's most famous writers, who between his popularity and generous donations should probably have the Maine Turnpike named after him.  There's the legendary Dick Curless, famous for recording the classic country song Tombstone Every Mile. There's politicians and famous public servants like Senator Susan Collins and former Secretary of Defense William Cohen who both would be worthy of something like this. Bob Marley, one of Maine's most popular comedians was born in Bangor.

How about Duck of Justice Way?

Let us know your thoughts!
