Why Today Exists

Because the solar system doesn't care if we have a paper calendar on our desk, it spins however it likes... which it approximately 5 hours extra every year. So to keep things on an even keel the Julies Cesar decided to add a day. Seems good except every 100 years we skip leap year to correct, sort of.  Oh just watch the video maybe you can explain it better than me.
