This Saturday will mark the 7th Annual Ghostport in downtown Bucksport. Dig out your coffin and get ready for this year’s Jonathan Buck's race to the grave coffin race. Racers will take to the street at 2 pm and race down Main Street in Bucksport. New this year, take a cruise on the Penobscot.  Hop on board at Town Dock $15 for 1 and 1/4 hour tour.  And for your scary pleasure, the Alamo will be showing two Maine Made chilling short films, 'On a Country Road' and 'Are you the Walkers' will show at 7 pm then come back after the Fright at the Fort Fireworks to see “Christine” on the big screen again at 10 PM. But that's not all, as always the town of Bucksport will team with Lil’ goblin’s  on parade, spirited vendors, food, trebuchet, chili cook-off, carved pumpkin contest, pumpkin growing contest, trunk r treating, spooky story hour, the sea monster bash dance and coming to the waterfront, Bucksport Fire Department will have a home fire sprinkler demonstration with live fire at 11AM for National Fire Prevention Month.

Whether it’s the spooky or the sweet that you seek, Ghostport is the place for all fall fun.
