Ever since the story came out about the fact Amazon has been listening and recording your goings on around your Alexa people have been feeling a bit antsy. In an attempt to put your mind at ease Alexa now has a new command available.

Starting today you can tell Alexa...'Alexa, delete what I said today" and where ever those records are stored they will be deleted.  Their hope in making this task available to end users is that they will feel their privacy is in users control and therefore protected.
On Amazon's help page for Alexa privacy option you can also:
  • Review transcripts
  • Listen to voice recordings
  • Delete voice recordings one by one or all at once

There are also links to show you how to control and change your privacy settings. You can also check out frequently asked questions here.
