Bar Harbor Film Festival Kicks Off Tonight [INFO]

Tired of the movies offered in the main stream theatres?  If yes then great news for you my friend because tonight is the kick off of the very first Bar Harbor Film Festival with pictures from around the world.

This group will be celebrating with films from Japan, New Zealand, Austria, Taiwan, Germany, Singapore, Serbia and the US.  Wow. See Film list.

Along with the films there will be free workshops on writing and marketing manuscripts another on Adobe Premier. There is also a talk on Underwater Cinematography.  All and all it sounds great.

The Bar Harbor Film Festival runs Oct. 9-11 in partnership with the Abbe Museum.

Tickets are available through their website bar harbor film festival. Festival passes are $25 and day passes are $10, while admission to individual programs is $6 ($3 for students and seniors, free for Abbe Museum members).
