Fuddruckers In Ellsworth Closes Doors, Cites Inconsistent Business

Fuddruckers in Ellsworth has closed its doors and will not reopen.

In a Facebook post Monday morning, the restaurant's management announced it would not reopen.

The restaurant cited "seasonal business, rising labor costs, and overall cost of doing business have prevented [them] from covering [its] expenses."

Anyone with Fuddruckers gift cards can turn them in at Tradewinds for a full refund.

Fuddruckers opened in 2015. It was the only Maine location.
