It's a busy week on the Bangor Waterfront. This weekend, Incubus returns to Maine.

The week kicked off at Maine Savings Amphitheater with Jimmy Buffett Tuesday night, followed by A Day To Remember, Wednesday night. The week wraps up with Incubus this weekend. Their Summer 2022 Tour with Sublime with Rome is set for August 7. The Aquadolls will open the show.

Last week, two big rockin' tours announced they are coming to Maine. First, Stevie Nicks announced a show in Bangor, on September 22, at Maine Savings Amphitheater. Tickets are on-sale now.

The second was ZZ Top performing at Merrill Auditorium in Portland, Wednesday, October 19. This will be the band's first time performing in Maine without bassist, vocalist, and band co-founder, Dusty Hill. Hill passed away in July 2021 at the age of 72. Longtime band guitar tech Elwood Francis has been performing in his place ever since. Tickets are on-sale now.

A big fall show was added to the event schedule at the Cross Insurance Center earlier this week. Blue Oyster Cult will make a return to Bangor November 10. Tickets go on-sale to the general public on August 3, at 10 a.m. Mark Farner's American Band will open the show.

Parrotheads Flock to Bangor for Jimmy Buffett Show

Parrotheads from all over New England converged on the Bangor Waterfront and on Bass Park in 2016, setting up a tailgate party the likes has rarely -- if ever -- been seen in the city.
