Bangor Police Say A Missing Man With Dementia is Safe
Bangor Police say a missing man who suffers with dementia has been located and is safe.
Mr. Cassidy's Been Missing Since Sunday Night
Michael Cassidy, 69, of Bangor left his Mount Hope Avenue home sometime Sunday night. His family noticed he was not at home Monday morning and reported him missing.
He May Appear Confused to Anyone Who Approaches Him
Sergeant Jason McAmbley says Cassidy is 6 feet tall, weighs 145 pounds, and has a white beard. They say he has dementia so may have appeared to be confused. It's believed that when he left he was wearing red and green fleece pants, a gray hat, a green button-up shirt with orange underneath, and brown slippers.
UPDATE: Bangor Police report that Mr. Cassidy has been located and is safe.
