A Maine woman is facing charges after allegedly assaulting her husband and starting a house fire.

Maine Woman Arrested on Active Warrants for Arson, Domestic Violence Assault

Lisa Hall, 61, of St. Albans, was arrested on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, on an active arrest warrant charging her with arson and domestic violence assault.

The State Fire Marshal's Office issued the warrant in connection with a house fire on April 17, 2026, in that town.

Fire crews were called to a home on Grant Road that morning, and determined the cause was suspicious.

Investigators with the Fire Marshal's Office conducted an investigation, including several interviews, and determined that the fire had been intentionally set.

The same morning as the fire, investigators learned that Hall had allegedly assaulted her husband before the house fire.

Hall was located in Bangor and arrested on Tuesday.

She's been transported to the Penobscot County Jail, where bail was set at $10,000.
