Two people were originally identified as suspects in this case. One of the suspects turned herself into authorities almost immediately, but Brandon Harvey, 43, of Glenburn was nowhere to be found after police discovered the victim.
His vehicle was found in Bangor on Monday and multiple law enforcement agencies began an exhaustive search to find him, cautioning residents not to approach him because he was considered dangerous.

The Penobscot County Sheriff's Office says Brandon Harvey surrendered peacefuly to deputies and was taken to a local hospital to address minor injuries he had sustained prior to being taken into custody.
