The state has great local pizza shops that locals love to support, as well as some national chains that will do the trick when you need to feed the family.
When it comes to the national chains, both Pizza Hut and Domino's have a strong presence in Maine.
But which one has the largest footprint in the state?

So the answer is Domino's, which has a dozen more locations in Maine than Pizza Hut.
Domino's is in every Maine town and city that has a Pizza Hut location, except for five communities: Ellsworth, Newport, Oxford, Skowhegan, and Westbrook.
