In January of 2025, the Ramada Inn in Lewiston was condemned for a second time due to problems with the HVAC systems and fire suppression systems.

At the time of the second condemnation, the owners of the Ramada Inn vowed to fix the problems and bring the hotel back to life. It remains closed as of this writing.
