Local Bangor Man To Appear On Jeopardy

A: Being a contestant on his favorite game show.  Q: What is "the thrill of a lifetime?"

It's gotta be for Allen Adams of Bangor, who will be a contestant on the long-running game show Jeopardy, Tuesday night, Oct. 30.

Adams, a staff writer for The Maine Edge, a local newspaper in these parts, will be one of the three contestants on that night's show, hosted by Alex Trebek, of course.

"This is a legitimate bucket list moment for me," he recently posted to Facebook.

Jeopardy, now celebrating its 35 anniversary, is shown weeknights at 7:30 on WVII channel 7.
